Double Girder Overhead Cranes are preferred in demanding environments that require long spans, high load capacities, fast travel speeds, and high lifting heights. They are preferred for spans longer than 50 feet (15 meters) and lifting capacities greater than 10 tons. Our cranes find applications across industries such as power, steel, petrochemicals, aerospace, defence, heavy engineering, paper mills.
Cranes upto 10 tons are available with Pritish Engineers standard hoist trolley and 10-100 tons are available with open winch trolley systems.

Creep speed/micro inching is available for precision applications (such as CNC and auto moulds) and material handling of delicate items

Wire ropes used are of 6x36 steel/fiber core construction (Usha Martin make) with required breaking strength as required by IS 2266

Gearboxes are helical type and manufactured from high quality hardened EN-24 and EN-9 material for extra long life

Crane wheels are manufactured using hardened EN-9 material for extra long life and to handle wheel loads safely

Wireless remote is available for crane usage, which allows highly convenient crane operation. This is important because the operator does not have to run along the crane and can operate the crane from a distance, which is not possible with a wired remote control (pendant)
